Hybrid programs combine individualized training programs and in-person training sessions. In-person sessions will be held in Needham, MA and will be 1 hour in duration. Individualized training programs are built around your schedule and needs. Training programs are supplemented by in-person training sessions and remote guidance. Remote coaching includes email support, video submission and feedback, and access to the MBT exercise database to maximize results.
Training programs can be focused on the following training and fitness needs: strength, hypertrophy (muscle growth), endurance (cardiorespiratory), speed, power, athleticism (sport specific), race training (marathon, 5K, triathlon, etc.), body composition changes, general health and well being, or improving fitness while managing pain.
